From left to right (clockwise):

Toni & Guy heat protection mist – spray (lightly) before blow drying your hair or using hair straighteners/curling irons to help protect your hair against the damage caused by heat styling.

Kerastese Nutrutive Bain Satin 2 shampoo – Kerastese is probably our favourite hair brand with ranges for every hair issue you could have. Our preferred range is the nutritive one designed for dry, weak, damaged, sensitive hair. We find it is most effective when you use another shampoo (Herbal Essences is our personal choice) as the base to generate a lather and then add small amount of Kerastese shampoo (the size of a 5 pence piece) as it goes a long way. Combined, they work wonders and make your hair feel nicely clean and nourished.

Kevin Murphy Repair Me Rinse – this conditioner, combined with a hair mask makes your hair feel great! We find it works best by using a hair mask first as the base, then adding just a small amount of this conditioner.

Kerastese Masquintense – as with the shampoo, a little of this hair mask goes a long way and leaves your hair feeling fabulous.

Garnier Fructis one minute hair mask – inexpensive, smells amazing (bananas!), only takes a minute – there’s a lot to like about this hair mask!

Marc Anthony deep repair aloe vera jasmine conditioning treatment – this small packet of hair conditioning treatment will last you at least 2 (if not 3) washes – we’d recommend slathering it on your hair and leaving for at least 10 minutes once a week for a deep, conditioning treatment.
